Locations

Children aged 4-7: These weeks will be held at the Freiluftschule Zürichberg.
The 4. week of the summer holydays will be held at WSL in Birmensdorf. The meeting point is at Bahnhof Wiedikon or bring your child directly to the WSL.

 

Children aged 7-10: These weeks will be held at the Campus Hönggerberg.
The 4. week of the summer holydays will be held at WSL in Birmensdorf. The meeting point is at Bahnhof Wiedikon or bring your child directly to the WSL.


ETH Link: Shedule (PDF) from the ETH Centre to ETH Hönggerberg (the drive takes only about 13 minutes).

Pony riding: The pony riding takes place at the KiTi-Hof near Uerzlikon, Busstation Weid close from Baar.
Meeting point is Bahnhof Wiedikon. Bring CHF 75 for the train tickets or bring your child directly to the KiTi-Hof.

Availability

Is a particular week already fully booked?

The group size is limited to 32 children, pony riding to 24-27 children and at the WSL the space is limited. Please register your child early, in order that we can find additional carers and organise bigger rooms if numbers are large.

For themes, which are no longer available for selection in the registration form, it is already too late.

Minimum number of applications

We require at least 12 applications per week and age group.

However, it must be said that we have never fully cancelled a week. If we don’t receive enough applications for an age group, both age groups will be merged under one theme.

Changes

kihz Foundation reserves the right to make changes to any of its services. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

kihz recommends the Ferienpass

With a ZVV-FerienPass, all schoolchildren aged from 6 to 16 years in the canton of Zurich can use public transport (tram, bus, train, boat, cable car) during the summer holiday for CHF 25 .-. Many options such as swimming pools and museums are then also free of charge.
